Area, carrier and charges

Delivery across Morocco through Aramex costs DH 45 including tax. Delivery is free from DH 1,000 of products including tax, after any discount and excluding delivery charges, including a basket of exactly DH 1,000.

The total and delivery charges are shown before confirmation. The free-delivery threshold is based on products, excluding delivery.

Timing and tracking

Timing depends on the address and dispatch; contact the shop before ordering for the applicable timeframe. No unconfirmed express service is promised. Unless another period is agreed, the statutory distance-sale framework provides for performance within thirty days of receipt of the order.

Check your address and telephone number. A tracking or transport reference is provided when available after dispatch.

Receipt and issues

Check the items received. Report damage, missing items or errors to contact@surfgear.ma — +212 752-510380, with the order number and relevant details. A reservation with the carrier may help the case without removing statutory rights.

Changing your mind

The statutory withdrawal period for distance sales is seven days from receipt, subject to the exceptions in Moroccan law 31-08. It may extend to thirty days if required information has not been confirmed. You bear the direct return cost for a simple withdrawal unless the law provides otherwise.

No blanket exclusion is applied to swimwear, wetsuits or sale items. See the terms of sale for rights and exceptions.

Contact us to arrange the return; prior contact is not a condition for exercising your statutory right within its time limit.

For a defect or dispatch error, describe the issue so an appropriate remedy and cost arrangement can be made. Do not include sensitive banking details.

Refunds

A valid withdrawal leads to a refund of the full amount paid without delay and no later than fifteen days after the right is exercised, as provided by law. Remedies for defects or non-conformity remain distinct and do not restrict statutory warranties.
